Ok, its nice to finally know what the hell is going on. I interviewed for my own position, it got cut from 4 to 1.  On Wednesday I got called into a bosses office to discuss my interview. You ready for this….. I didn’t get it.  Big surprise huh.

However due to alot of upcoming UAT in January I will be staying where I am until UAT has been completed, or so I think. After that I get to go to Compliance. Back to where I was before I got this job. The upside is there was no change in pay.

I am happy for the person that did get the job. I kinda figured it would be her, Congrats T. No I have no hard feelings, why should I, we were all fairly equal in skills for the job. It pretty much came down to the interview. And let me tell you I suck at the interviews here, I have gotten better at them but they still suck. You ever hear of the S.T.A.R. process, stands for Situation/Task, Action, Response.  STUPID, is more like it.

So I am in limbo land until sometime in Jan or feb which is fine by me. I do alot of other things besides UAT and they keep me occupied during the day.
